Azle, Texas Orchard Wedding | Amy + Jessie

Serving Amy and Jessie on their wedding day at the Orchard in Azle was such a joy! Ever since Amy’s first email where she made a reference to the Office, I knew her and Jessie would be so fun to work with. The bridal party started out the day by getting glammed up with Makeup by Krista Ann. She did a phenomenal job on everyone’s makeup, and I loved that she really focused on enhancing each girl’s natural beauty. When we arrived at the wedding venue, Amy had a first look with her bridesmaids since they hadn’t seen her dress yet. All of their expressions were so cute because they couldn’t stop smiling at Amy! Amy’s wedding dress was absolutely stunning, the sleeves and detailing were the perfect bridal look for a January wedding! The boho bouquets and greenery adorning the mantle and tablescapes designed by two of my mom’s friends, Susie and Renee, complimented the venue and Amy’s theme so well. My mom and her friends planned my entire wedding day, florals included, so I knew they’d do an amazing job bringing Amy’s vision to life!

Amy and Jessie’s wedding ceremony took place in front of the fireplace at the Orchard. It was the perfect setting since it was a little cooler outside, so the lit fireplace gave it that “cozy” feeling! To prepare the way for Amy, the flower girl and ring bearer made their way down the aisle. However, they weren’t just any flower girl and ring bearer, they were Amy’s grandparents!! HOW CUTE IS THAT?! I thought this was a fun way to start off the ceremony and a perfect way to honor her grandparents!

Hands down, my favorite part of the day was seeing Jessie’s reaction to Amy walking down the aisle. As soon as the music began, Jessie started tearing up and it was the sweetest thing ever. Literally the second the song started playing he was in tears. He didn’t even need to see Amy to be so overwhelmed with happiness that he was moved to tears. When I looked back at Jessie, I also noticed his mom tearing up watching her future daughter in law walk down the aisle. Amy walked down the aisle with her mom and I thought that was such a sweet moment for the two of them. Later during the evening they shared a mother/daughter dance and you could tell how happy Amy’s mother, Audrey, was for her. They hugged one another close and danced to Mama’s Song by Carrie Underwood. After seeing Amy and her mom around one another all day, I knew this was the perfect song to describe the special bond between Amy and her mom.

Starting 2018 with a couple so in love like Amy and Jessie was so refreshing. They’re seriously two of the most easygoing people ever, so our personalities worked so well together! They’ve looked forward to this day for so long, and it was such an honor to get to serve them on such a big day! I’m sad that their wedding day has come and gone, but I’m so excited for them and their new lives together as husband and wife! Enjoy a few of my favorites from their wedding day! V E N D O R S:
