Summer Wedding at Stone Crest Venue | Jocelyn + Josh

Jocelyn and Josh’s wedding day at Stone Crest Venue in McKinney was absolutely gorgeous! The venue overlooked miles and miles of trees, creating this feeling of being secluded in nature during the ceremony. I LOVED it! Stone Crest is the perfect blend of rustic and industrial, and was a great fit for Jocelyn’s theme and decor.

The ceremony and reception spaces were decorated with loads of greenery and soft pastel floral arrangements designed by We + You. They did such an amazing job transforming the venue to match Jocelyn’s vision! After emailing so much with Jocelyn’s coordinator, Michelle Randall (Michelle Randall Events), it was so awesome to finally meet her and see all of her work in action!

One of my favorite little details from their wedding day was how they had ‘doggy treat’ wedding favors for the guests to take home for their pups! According to my dog, Leia, they tasted great, haha. I think these favors were a perfect way to add a little personal touch for their guests!

Stone Crest’s reception area is so spacious, and I love that it gave room for the guests to have fun on the dance floor, or mingle among family and friends they hadn’t seen in a while! The reception was so fun and high energy, and everyone loved being out on the dance floor!

Jocelyn and Josh ended the night with a private last dance, which is one of my favorite “newer” wedding traditions! I love private last dances because they give the couple time to take everything in right before they head out. Wedding days go by so quickly for the couple, so private last dances are just another way to make some time for just the two of you!
