Tandy Hills Engagement Session

Macy + Taylor

From the moment Macy and Taylor met at a Church event, they both knew there was something special about the other one. They kept running into each other at different events and hangouts over the next few months. Every time they noticed something different about the other one. Whether it was how they served others at Church, how easy they were to talk to, or their steadfast love for God. I finally got the chance to meet Macy and Taylor this month at their engagement session at Tandy Hills and downtown Fort Worth. From our emails and phone calls, I knew Macy and Taylor would be so much fun to work with. Meeting them in person only confirmed that.

Most engagement sessions take place anywhere from 6-9 months out from the wedding day. Due to COVID we weren’t able to meet until May, about 4 weeks from the wedding day. Macy and Taylor were so understanding with the multiple reschedules we had to make. This only further showed how sweet these two are! Meeting one another for engagement photos before the wedding day, whether 9 months in advance or just a month out, is so important to the overall flow of your wedding day. I’m so glad I could meet Macy and Taylor before the wedding so that we could get comfortable with one another and get to know each other!

We had the best breezy weather and golden sunset for their engagement session at Tandy Hills. Macy and Taylor’s soft-colored palette of their outfits complemented the lush greenery and blooming wildflowers surrounding them in all directions. Closer to the end of the session, I had Macy and Taylor take a deep breath and hold hands. I had them reflect upon the last few months, and their upcoming wedding. Though it’s been a crazy road of wedding planning, it’s their story and it’s one they’ll remember forever!

Macy and Taylor are getting married next month at Parker Manor, a beautiful Southern estate-style venue in the DFW area. They’ve single-handedly tackled all of the curveballs wedding planning has thrown their way. I’m SO excited to celebrate with them on their upcoming wedding day!Tandy Hills Engagement Session by DFW Wedding Photographer Gaby Caskey PhotographyTandy Hills Engagement Session by DFW Wedding Photographer Gaby Caskey PhotographyTandy Hills Engagement Session by DFW Wedding Photographer Gaby Caskey PhotographyTandy Hills Engagement Session by DFW Wedding Photographer Gaby Caskey PhotographyTandy Hills Engagement Session by DFW Wedding Photographer Gaby Caskey PhotographyTandy Hills Engagement Session by DFW Wedding Photographer Gaby Caskey PhotographyTandy Hills Engagement Session by DFW Wedding Photographer Gaby Caskey PhotographyTandy Hills Engagement Session by DFW Wedding Photographer Gaby Caskey PhotographyTandy Hills Engagement Session by DFW Wedding Photographer Gaby Caskey PhotographyTandy Hills Engagement Session by DFW Wedding Photographer Gaby Caskey PhotographyTandy Hills Engagement Session by DFW Wedding Photographer Gaby Caskey PhotographyTandy Hills Engagement Session by DFW Wedding Photographer Gaby Caskey PhotographyTandy Hills Engagement Session by DFW Wedding Photographer Gaby Caskey PhotographyTandy Hills Engagement Session by DFW Wedding Photographer Gaby Caskey PhotographyTandy Hills Engagement Session by DFW Wedding Photographer Gaby Caskey PhotographyTandy Hills Engagement Session by DFW Wedding Photographer Gaby Caskey PhotographyTandy Hills Engagement Session by DFW Wedding Photographer Gaby Caskey Photography
